A few years back EA Sports introduced Wii gamers to Sum Slam tennis. At the time it was a cartoony arcade funfest, with less moment on real world tennis and more emphasis on good ole Wii Motion fun. For EA Sports Great Slam Tennis 2 the development team has totally switched gears and have gone in the facing direction of the first game. We now get a realistic looking and playing tennis tourney for us big boys. Featuring a slew of real world tennis stars, and a profound career mode that spans 10 years of tennis sortie.
There are many features that set Grand Slam Tennis 2 apart from the first game and from the new competition. To start EA Sports continues their push into thumbstick only controls. Principal Slam Tennis 2 sports what is called Total Racquet Curb. Using the right stick you can control the power, direction and group of swing you complete. Flicking up in a direction will result in a standard prosaic shot in the direction you flicked the thumbstick. Holding the thumbstick back then flicking in a leadership will result in a power swing. And the always important back spin and top spin shots are performed by flicking back and then to the fore. While at first it is a bit complicated, after a bit of playing I was able to move my opponent all over the court using these new controls. The most perplexing part of the Total Racquet Control scheme is when serving. Landing forceful serves are a cinch, but getting the direction down just doesn’t seem to drudgery well. I’ll do the same movements with the thumbstick and at times the serve will land in the mid-section of the box, and at other times I’ll nail the center line, which usually ends up being an ace. Another blemish the thumbstick controls lack are when playing the net, I just felt like I could never yet quick volley shots as well as I could with the buttons. But on the bright side, Total Racquet Management and classic button controls work together. So when playing the net you can use the buttons for split approve of timing, and when playing the baseline you can use the thumbstick for powerful direction shots.

Comfy..yes. Lovely...nope. Possibly it's very recently me, but I found these shoes to be honestly unprepossessing AND cheaply looking. I bought these in the oyster-white/sterling and the shining part very bothered me. It wasn't sewn down heart so it fair flapped there which made it look odd and inferior. They were also almost pointy(for a sneaker)...very extraordinary. I in reality wanted to like these shoes but unfortunately I did not. My 18 year old niece asked me if they were orthopedic shoes....thats never a commendable mark. Oh well. The win out over part about them was I ordered them Tuesday after 3 pm and received them on Wednesday!! At least I could advent them no riddle since Logohoo is the Finery!!!.
