What is the diff between Converse One Star and just regular Converse?

Okay, so I've seen that Converse clearly makes a line for Target called Converse One Star. I saw some of the One Star shoes in the shoe segment, but they were all like $10 or less! How come regular Converse are so expensive? How can these be so cut-price if they are put out

I am a...well...converse nut, and i was ECSTATIC when i found out they made a line for target. Just like Issac Mizrahi before them, the words extends further than shoes; its a whole line of clothes, accessories and in some stores even core furnishings! And like everyone else
