im in fact athletic and excel at whatever sport i try at. im about 5'11 and a pg for our modified at 8th grade. my vertical however is only 18 inches. it sucks cuz i cant do alot of affecting hang time stuff. is there anyway to be a great basketball virtuoso (college level) and

If you are one torment of a shot it won't really matter. The trick stuff looks refrigerate but isn't all that important when compared to how you actually play.

Strength training and skip training can help your vertical a lot. Strength training alone won't do

BERKELEY -- Regular on the UC Berkeley baseball diamond he called home before the major leagues beckoned, Tyler Walker bent down to come back with an errant ball.

"I haven't picked up one of these in a while," said Walker, a former San Francisco Giants instrumentalist who figures a shoulder injury has ended his baseball career but freed him to pick up the drilling he quit for the game.

Much of the Berkeley campus is far less familiar than the baseball to the former pitcher, who recently enrolled in undergraduate classes for the first stretch in 13 years.

Like dozens of other elite Cal athletes who red school early for big-league sports careers, Walker is using the university's estate-completion program. College athletes with big-money futures increasingly endure the need to improve their academic performance, and UC Berkeley is one of the few schools nationwide maddening to bring them back. NBA star Jason Kidd and NFL MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers are on its yearning list.

Clemson's athletic complex expansion gaining ground | The Post and ...

CLEMSON – The planned indoor football praxis powder-room and the extend out to complete the north-west concourse at Statue Ground received closing panel consent Thursday.
