Is it true that Bio-spira is no longer available? If so, where can I get the best alternative?

I am about to be in the technique of cycling a tank in the near future. I would like to differentiate what would be the best alternative to Bio-spira so I can make it as fast as possible?
Also, I am booming to be doing the freshwater aquarium. Not Saltwater.
